The Kitenge Fest Award Voting System is a digital platform developed by EldoHub for public voting in award categories. By participating, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• Kitenge Fest reserves the right to verify eligibility

3. Paid Voting

• Voting requires payment at specified rates
• Votes are counted only after successful payment
• All payments are final (non-refundable)

4. No Refunds

All payments are final. Votes cannot be reversed for any reason, including accidental selections or technical issues.

5. Voting Integrity

• Fraudulent votes (bots/duplicate accounts) will be disqualified
• EldoHub actively monitors for fair play

6. Platform Availability

While we strive for uninterrupted access, EldoHub is not liable for technical disruptions or data loss.
